Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because each reading is time reserved and personally prepared for you, the following applies:

Rescheduling (live readings). Rescheduling is offered at Amee's discretion, not as an automatic right. If you need to move a live reading, email hello@tarotbyamee.com with at least 24 hours' notice; where her schedule allows, she may offer a one-time reschedule as a courtesy. Email readings are prepared and delivered, so they can't be rescheduled.

Cancellations & refunds. Paid readings are generally non-refundable. If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice we will offer a one-time reschedule or, at our discretion, a credit toward a future reading.

If Amee cancels. If Amee needs to cancel or cannot attend, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund processing. Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 business days.
